48 hours notice is required for all cancellations, appointment changes, or missed appointments (***With exception to COVID-19 Protocols).
100% of the scheduled time will be charged without prior notice.
Please be aware that if you are late, I will not (at this time) be able to provide the service scheduled due to additional protocols in place for sanitation between clients.
The cancellation fee will also apply.
